1. This petition is preferred against orders dated 22.12.2022 and
30.09.2022.
2. By way of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:-
"10.1 That this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue an appropirate wirt, thereby setting-aside/quashing the impugned recommendation dated 22.12.2022 (Annexure P/1) and impugned order dated 30.09.2022 (annexure P/2) so far it relates to placement of petitioner and further be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to allow the petitioner to continue at her present place of posting.
10.2. That, any other relief/order which may deem fit and just in the facts and circumstances of the case including award of the costs of the petition may be given
3. Vide order dated 06.02.2023, the petitioner was granted stay by this Court.
4. Considering the aforesaid aspect of the matter and considering the fact that on the strength of the aforesaid stay order, the
3 petitioner is still continuing at his original place of posting, as such, by the afflux of time the said orders, has lost its efficacy and as such the orders dated 22.12.2022 and 30.09.2022 are required to be quashed and accordingly the said order(s) under challenge is hereby quashed.
5. However, liberty is granted to the respondent State authorities to pass appropriate orders in respect of transfer of the petitioner, in case exigency arises, without being influenced by this order.
6. With the aforesaid observations and directions, the writ petition is
