ORAL ORDER (PER: THE HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE SURAJ GOVINDARAJ)
1. The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: A) Issue a writ of mandamus or any other order or directions, directing the Respondents hereinto consider the representations submitted by this petitioner vide Annexure-B, B1.
B) Pass such other writ, order or direction as deemed fit to this Hon’ble court the
facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice and equity.
2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the representations at Annexures-B series received by the respondent on 17.11.2024 on 23.12.2024, has not been acted upon and necessary orders are not passed. Whenever any representation is furnished by a citizen to an authority, it is for the authority to consider the said representation and pass necessary orders, either accepting or rejecting the request, in accordance with law. Neither having been done, I pass the following:

ORDER i. Writ petition is allowed. ii. The respondent is directed to consider the representations of the petitioner at Annexures-B and B1 and pass necessary orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order in accordance with law. iii. This Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the matter.
