Case No. 152 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 408, 420, 379, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3. As per the prosecution case, the informant was cheated by the petitioner as it has been alleged by the informant that his truck was taken on rent and later no rent was paid to him and truck was also not returned. 4. The petitioner is in custody since 12.08.2024 and he is accused in 79 more cases. 5. In view of the allegations levelled against the petitioner and considering the criminal antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the Patna High Court CR. MISC.
