Vide interim Order dated 15th of April, 2025 passed in FAO (D) No. 1/2025, the Applicants/ Appellants have deposited an amount of Rs. 18,55,062/- in the Registry of this Court. This is, therefore, an application filed on behalf of the Applicants/ Appellants seeking release of the said amount on the ground that the Applicants/ Appellants have succeeded in the appeal and the Order impugned passed by the J&K State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission has been set aside and the matter remanded back to the Commission for fresh consideration vide Judgment dated 7th of July, 2025. 02. Having heard Mr Mudasir Bin Hassan, the learned Counsel, on behalf of the Applicants/ Appellants and perused the material on record, we are of the considered opinion that the deposit, if any, made by the Applicants/ Appellants before this Court in terms of Order dated 15th of April, 2025 (supra) deserves to be released in favour of the Applicants/ Appellants in view of decision of disposal of FAO (D) No. 1/2025 by this Court vide Judgment dated 7th of July, 2025. 03. Ordered accordingly. 04. Registry is directed to release the aforesaid amount, if any deposited, in favour of the Applicants/ Appellants after due verification and completion of other allied formalities. 05. CM No. 4345/2025 shall stand disposed of on the above terms.
