1. This is the first bail application filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short ‘BNSS’) for grant of regular bail to the applicant who has been arrested in connection with Crime No. 767/2024 registered at Police Station Khamtarai, District Raipur (C.G.) under Sections 408, 420, 467, 468, 469, 470, 471 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

2 his power today itself on behalf of the applicant, and he seeks permission to argue the present matter on behalf of the applicant.
3. In view of the above, Mr. Jha is allowed to argue the matter on behalf of the applicant.
4. Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present bail application with liberty to file afresh as there has been some error in the bail rejection order dated 04.01.2025 filed in the present bail application.
5. Ms. Supriya Upasane, learned Government Advocate as well as Mr. Ali Afzaal Mirza, learned counsel, appearing for the objector, have no objection.
6. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the applicant, the present MCRC is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty, as prayed for.
7. Certified copy of the bail rejection order dated 04.01.2025 may be returned back to the applicant after retaining the photocopy of the same. - Sd/-
