Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents submits that order under Section 14 of Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 has been passed and now they are not willing to negotiate in any manner whatsoever. In this event the jurisdiction of the present cause of action lies with the Debts Recovery Tribunal. 3.
