Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. The present Habeas Corpus Writ Petition has been filed with a prayer to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Habeas Corpus directing the respondent nos.2 and 3 to produce the corpus, i.e, the petitioner nos.2 and 3, before this Court as soon as possible and set them free at their liberty and to release the corpus from the illegal custody/detention of the respondent no.4. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner no.4 that the petitioner no.1 Smt. Meenu Singh is his wife and petitioner no. 2 Km. Nishchal @ Namrata, aged about 11 years, petitioner no.3 Km. Himanshi @ Shruti Sing, aged about 9 years, his minor daughters and all three have been illegally detained by respondent nos. 6 and 7 (father-in-law and mother-in-law of petitioner no. 4).
