Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "Issue nature a writ of respondent Soraon, order or mandamus no.3/direction in the commanding the Up Ziladhikari, Tehsil District Prayagraj to decide restoration/recall application dated 6.9.2023 filed by respondent Mohammad Ishahaq and Kalimuddin in case No. 205/289/517 year 2005 of 2023, Riyazuddin and another Vs. Mohammad Ishahaq and others under section 41 of U.P. Land Revenue Act /under section 24 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, Mauza Mohammadpur Sarai Ali, Pargana and Tehsil Soraon, District Prayagraj, and to assure the demarcation pursuant to the orders dated 6.4.2011 and 12.4.2022 forthwith, within stipulated period fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the above-mentioned restoration application is pending consideration and the same has not been decided till date. Learned counsel prayed that the same may be decided expeditiously. 4. Since the above-mentioned restoration application is pending, no useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5. In view of the above, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3 to decide the above-mentioned restoration application, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within twelve weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, after ensuring service of notice upon all the respondents and providing opportunity of hearing to all the concerned parties provided there is no other legal impediment.
