The present parole petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking direction of this Court to the authority below for early disposal of the parole application filed by the petitioner. 2. Counsel for the petitioner submits that an application for grant of parole filed on behalf of the petitioner is pending before the concerned Authority. Learned GA-cum-AAG has no objection so far as the direction for early disposal of the parole application of the petitioner is concerned. 4.
