The present writ appeal has been filed with the following prayer:- “ it is therefore most respectfully prayed that the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow this writ appeal only in terms of interest pleaded in the writ petition vide the amendment application in which interest @ 10% per annum shall be given along with the second time bound pay scale, in the interest of justice”. 3 2. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that though he has come up before this Court in present appeal for payment of the interest as he has filed amended petition which was allowed by the learned Single Judge on 03.12.2024, but he states that though the same was pressed, but no order has been passed. 3. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the appellants prays that the appeal be dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to take recourse to law before the learned Single Judge. 4.
