KRISHNA KUMAR) Learned counsel for petitioners has filed memo dated 28.08.2025, which reads as under : “The review petitioners beg to submit as under: - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC-D:11930-DB RP No. 100065 of 2023 It is submitted that the top noted Review Petition was filed seeking review of the order dated 31.07.2023 passed by this Hon'ble Court in W.A.No.100228/2017 and this Hon'ble Court was pleased to pass following order. The operative portion of the order reads as under: "ORDER (i) The appeal is hereby allowed. (ii) The impugned order dated 08.03.2017 passed in Writ Petition No.19314/2007 before this Court, is hereby set aside. iii) The Caste Verification Committee is directed to conclude the proceedings as directed by this Court in Writ Petition Nos.64156/2010, 64157/2010 and 63960/2010 in accordance with law within a period of six months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. 2. It is submitted that this Hon'ble court was pleased to remand the matter directing the caste verification committee to conclude the proceedings as directed by this Hon'ble court in top noted writ petitions in accordance with law. 3. It is submitted that in view of the remand order passed by this Hon'ble court the review petitioners are not pressing the top noted review petition and review petitioners may be permitted to withdraw the review petition with liberty to urge all the contentions and the grounds urged in the review petition before the caste verification committee.
