P. application was preferred in the year 2018 for quashing the entire criminal proceeding against the petitioner in connection with Complain Case No. 266 of 2017, pending before learned Judicial Magis- trate 1st Class, Giridih but when the case is called out, no one has appeared to press this petition. It appears that the petitioner is not taking sincere effort in hearing of this Cr. M. P. application. 4. Accordingly, the instant Cr. M. P. application is dis- missed for non-prosecution.
