THIS WRIT PETITION, COMING ON FOR ORDERS THIS DAY, ORDER WAS MADE THEREIN AS UNDER:
ORAL ORDER (PER: THE HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE M.NAGAPRASANNA)
1. The petitioners are before this Court seeking the following prayer:
A. Issue writ of Certiorari quashing impugned order dated 07-01-2025, passed by Principal Senior Civil Judge and CJM, Bagalkot in Cri. Misc. No.03/2025, vide Annexure-A.
B. Issue writ of Certiorari quashing Notice dated 27-1- 2025, issued by respondent as per Annexure-D.
C. Grant such other relief or reliefs as this Hon’ble Court deems fit to serve the ends of justice and equity. 2. The petitioners are the borrowers and they have repaid the entire amount. What is left in due, are the additional charges that the Finance Company has imposed. The petitioners submit that they have rendered a representation to the respondent-Finance Company and the same is assured to be considered by the respondent. The said representation has been forwarded to the Head Office at Mumbai is what is indicated. 3.
In the light of the said circumstance, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that it would suffice for the

present, if a direction is issued to the respondent to consider the said representation and pass necessary orders. 4. In the light of the aforesaid circumstance, I deem it appropriate to dispose the petition with a direction to the respondent to consider the representation and pass necessary orders thereon in accordance with law.
