He made a complaint against the respondent no.4 namely Satendra Chauhan Gram Pradhan of the village before the authorities. 2. It is argued by counsel for the petitioner that no action has been taken in the matter hence a direction be issued to the respondent no.2-District Magistrate, Azamgarh to conclude the enquiry. 3. On the other hand it is argued by learned Standing Counsel that the decision will be taken by the authority concerned expeditiously. 4. With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the writ petition is being disposed of at the admission stage itself. 5. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of directing the respondent no.2-District Magistrate, Azamgarh to take a final decision on the complaint made by the petitioner strictly in accordance with law most expeditiously and positively within a period of two months after providing opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned and in view of the procedure prescribed under U.P.
