(Oral) In compliance of order dated 21.05.2025, report of Child Welfare Committee has been received and the same is taken on record. It has been submitted in the said report that no person came alongwith petitioner No.2 to take her to the parental house. Counselling of petitioner No.2 was done by the CWC, Ludhiana regarding her rehabilitation. However, petitioner No.2, stated that she did not want to go to her parental house rather she wanted to go with petitioner No.1 and reside with him, but petitioner No.2 is minor and her D.O.B. Is 30.10.2008 as per her birth certificate and aadhar card. For best interest of petitioner No.2 the committee decided to send her to Heavenly Angels Children Home, Doraha, Ludhiana for time being.
