The present petition has been filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing of impugned order/report dated 03.04.2025 (Annexure P-9) passed by respondent No.2 vide which complaint after various enquiries against the respondent No.7 has been closed with a further writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents No.1 to 6 to take action against the respondent No.7 (Ex.Sarpanch) on the basis various enquiries reports of embezzlement against him. 2. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file criminal miscellaneous petition before this Court seeking appropriate relief as regards FIR No.0067 dated 26.04.2023 (Annexure P-5). 3. In view of the above, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid. 4.
