Case No. 357 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 140(1), 103(1), 238 and 61(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. 3. The petitioner is accused of killing the deceased. It is alleged that the motorcycle on which the deceased was taken has been recovered from the petitioner. 4. The petitioner is in custody since 20.01.2025 and has one criminal antecedent. 5.
