Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC:103492-DB Court No. - 21 Case :- WRIT - C No. - 17692 of 2025 Petitioner :- Bajrangbali Respondent :- State Of U.P. And 2 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Radhey Shyam Yadav Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C. Hon'ble Manoj Kumar Gupta,J. Hon'ble Ram Manohar Narayan Mishra,J. 1. The petitioner has prayed for a direction to the respondents to decide the representation dated 18.12.2024. The said representation is addressed to the District Magistrate. Therein the petitioner has alleged that his house exits over Plot 661 and not over 663, which is recorded as a pond. He has also referred to the previous order of this Court dated 25.11.2010 in Writ No. 68483 of 2010 where the Court has refused to entertain the writ petition but left it open to the petitioner to pursue his claim for compensation stated to be pending before the District Magistrate, Jaunpur. 2. As the petitioner alleges that his claim has not been decided so far, therefore, the instant petition has been filed. 3. In the previous petition, the petitioner claimed compensation on the ground that his house was illegally demolished. However, in the representation which the petitioner seeks a disposal, the case setup is entirely different and relates to a dispute relating to identity and demarcation. 4. Having regard to the nature of controversy now raised, we leave it open to the petitioner to seek demarcation of his property by moving appropriate application under the provisions of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, if so advised. 5. The petition stands disposed of. . (R.M.N. Mishra, J.) (Manoj Kumar Gupta, J.)
