Learned counsels for the applicants in all the above matters submit that in view of the Settlement Agreement inter-se the applicants and the complainant before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre recorded on 10.08.2026, the terms whereof shall be abided by all the parties in letter and spirit, particularly, since the dispute inter se the parties has been settled therein. 2. They submit that in view thereof there is nothing surviving in the present applications, and that they have become infructuous. 3. As such, they all seek to withdraw the present bail applications. They also submit that the applicants shall be filing a petition for seeking quashing of the present FIR in due course. 4. The present applications are thus dismissed as withdrawn. 5.
