Heard learned Advocates for the respective parties. 2. We have considered the materials on record. Petitioners were driving a vehicle. They dashed against the scooty of the complainant. As a result, the pillion rider i.e. the victim fell down. Thereafter, petitioners brutally assaulted him. Injuries are grievous and life- threatening. In light of the nature of crime and gravity of the offence, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 3.
