No.149 of 1982, (State versus Daya Shankar), arising out of Case Crime No.67 of 1982, under Section 302 IPC, Police Station Akbarpur, District Kanpur Dehat whereby the appellant has been convicted and sentenced for life for the offence under Section 302 IPC. 3. Office report dated 05.07.2025 reveals that the CJM Kanpur Dehat has reported that the sole appellant-Daya Shankar has died. 4. In view of the above, the appeal is abated and consigned to record.
