By the present writ petition, the petitioner is seeking a direction towards the respondent No.3/SDO(Revenue) to consider the representation filed by the petitioner Annexure P-1 dated 16/12/2024, by which, the petitioner is claiming compensation under Clause 6(A) 1 & 2 of the State Government Order/Circular dated 01/12/2022 issued by the respondent No.1 towards the death of her daughter, who died due to drowning on 12/12/2022. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed representation on 16/12/2024 before the respondent No.3, but the representation has not been decided till date. 3. Learned counsel for the respondents/State submits that if the representation filed by the petitioner is still pending, the same will be considered in accordance with the circular dated 01/12/2022 issued by the State government. 4. I have heard learned counsel for both the parties and perused the circular dated 01/12/2022 issued by the State government. 5. The SDO/Revenue is having a jurisdiction to consider the claim lodged by the party who is seeking a compensation up to Rs. 4 lac towards any incident as enumerated under the Circular dated 01/12/2022 issued by the State Government. In the present petition, the petitioner has already filed a representation before the SDO(Revenue) on 16/12/2024, but the same has not been 3 decided yet, hence, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the SDO(Revenue)/respondent No.3 to consider the representation of the petitioner in accordance with the Clause 6(A) 1 & 2 of the State Government Order/Circular dated 01/12/2022 issued by the respondent No.1, within a period of 45 days. 6.
