In view of the above, learned advocate Ms. Ratna Vora seeks permission to withdraw this petition as the pending appeal of the petitioner is decided and with a view to initiate appropriate proceedings challenging the said order dated 28.1.2025 passed in Appeal No.106 of 2025 by the Commandant General, Home Guards, Gujarat State.
