Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC:82100 Court No. - 6 Case :- WRIT - A No. - 6896 of 2025 Petitioner :- Priyanka Bajpai Respondent :- State Of U.P. And 3 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Achchhey Lal Tiwari Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C.,Kushmondeya Shahi Hon'ble Saurabh Shyam Shamshery,J. 1. Heard Sri A.L. Tiwari, learned counsel for petitioner and Sri K. Shahi, learned counsel for respondents. 2. It is a case of petitioner that she has participated in National Para Athletic Games and therefore, she was on leave, however, it appears that since permission was granted by this Court, therefore, leave was though sanctioned, however, salary of said period deducted and for reference learned counsel for petitioner refers photocopies of pay-slips. 3. Learned counsel for respondents, also by referring photocopies of pay-slips, submits that it is not clear that whether petitioner has immediately joined after leave was over or not as well as pay slips do not specifically support contention of deduction from salary. 4. Considering aforesaid submissions, this writ petition is disposed of with an observation that petitioner will submit a representation disclosing details when she has participated in National Para Athletic Games with due proofs as well as she will also place documents that her salary for period of leave was deducted. Thereafter, concerned respondent will consider it and will pass a reasoned order. 5. So far as other claim is concerned i.e. sanction of medical leave, same will also be decided in accordance with law. Order Date :- 17.5.2025 Sinha_N.
