For causing her production, this habeas corpus petition was filed. 3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the missing girl has since been secured, she is being produced before the jurisdictional Magistrate and a case in crime No.100/2025 has been registered on the file of the Pennagaram P.S. for the offence under the POCSO Act, and the 4th respondent has already been arrested. 2/4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis H.C.P.No.960 of 2025 4. In such view of the matter, we direct the respondents 2 and 3 to act as per law, and the jurisdictional Magistrate can take a call on this matter after hearing the petitioner as well as the minor girl.
