Pursuant to the order dated 10.07.2025, Laxmikant Gautam, Circle Officer Sadar, Jhansi is present before the Court and filed compliance affidavit, which is taken on record. 3. Based upon affidavit, learned standing counsel submitted that order of Execution Court dated 05.12.2024 has been complied with. Further, Gata in dispute has been demarcated and handed over to the applicants and procedure has also been recorded in the General Diary, therefore, this application may be dismissed as infructuous. 4. Learned Senior Counsel has not disputed the aforesaid facts, but submitted that on the very next day of demarcation, when applicants tried to cut the peanut crops, they were again restrained by the opposite parties and by that way again opposite parties have violated the order dated 30.11.2023. 5. Under such facts, in case applicants move application before the Circle Officer, Sadar, Jhansi/S.H.O. Babina, Jhansi for security during cutting of peanut crops, they shall ensure that in the demarcated area i.e. area in dispute, no one shall be permitted to create any hindrance during cutting of crops. 6. In the light of facts mentioned herein above, no further order is required to be passed. 7. File is consigned to the record.
