This application under Section 528 B.N.S.S. has been filed by applicant for quashing the entire proceedings, including the impugned charge sheet dated 07.01.2025 and cognizance order dated 27.03.2025 of Criminal Case No. 77 of 2025 (State Vs. Sachin Chaurasiya), arising out of Case Crime No. 0132 of 2024, under Sections 498A, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C. and Section 3/4 of D.P. Act, Police Station Kydganj, District Prayagraj, pending in the Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No. 5, Allahabad. 3. In pursuance to the order dated 19.05.2025 the husband has visited the house of the wife, however, after deliberation meeting the husband and wife, it is found that there is no possibility of reconciliation. The FIR has been lodged under Section 498A, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C. against the husband. The allegations are serious in nature. The allegation is with regard to demand of dowry and harassment, such issues can only be decided by the Trial Court by leading evidence. At this stage, no interference is warranted. 4.
