In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with CIS No./S.Tr. No. Case No. 570 of 2024 arising out of Kachhawa P.S. Case No. 106 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Section 103 of the BNS. 3. According to FIR, the petitioner inflicted a fatal brick blow on the head of his brother, Rajesh Ram, who died having suffered the injuries. 4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated. The petitioner is under custody since 28.07.2024. The charges have been framed.
