1. Heard Ms. Shristi Ahire, Advocate, on behalf of Mr. Akash Shrivastava,
learned counsel appearing for the applicant.
2. The present Criminal Revision has been filed by the applicant with following prayer:
“ It is, therefore, prayed that the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records from the courts below and after being satisfied may kindly be pleased to:- RAJSHEKHAR SONI Digitally signed by RAJSHEKHAR SONI

1. Allow the revision petition and Set aside/quash the impugned order dated 29.10.2021 passed by additional Principal Judge, family court, Bilaspur in Misc. Criminal case No. 160/2019 Dr. Vishi Upadhyay Vs Dr. Manish Malviya (Annexure A/1) and/or
2. remand the matter back to the court below because it is the case of non service of the notices upon the Applicant, and/or
3. pass any other relief which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit as per the facts and circumstances of the case in the interest of justice. ”

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the present criminal revision has become infructuous, as the matter has been amicably settled between the parties.
4. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the applicant, the present criminal revision is dismissed as infructuous.
5. Let a certified copy of this order be transmitted to the concerned trial Court for necessary compliance and follow up action, if any. -
