Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned AGA for the State and perused the record. The present Habeas Corpus petition has been filed with the prayer to give a direction to respondent nos. 2 and 3 to produce corpus the petitioner no. 2 namely Laxmi (wife of the petitioner no. 1) from illegal custody of respondent no. 4 and handover his custody to her husband petitioner no. 1. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners does not want to press the present petition. Accordingly, the present petition be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to seek appropriate remedy under the law for filing a petition under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act for restitution of conjugal rights. Learned AGA has no objection with the aforesaid prayer. Accordingly, the present Habeas Corpus petition is dismissed as not pressed with the aforesaid liberty.
