It is not on record that whether petitioners have filed any application for substitution therein, therefore, relief sought in this writ petition cannot be granted. 3. However, this writ petition is disposed of with an opportunity to petitioners to take their legal remedy i.e. to become a party-respondent in above referred Special Appeal which is still pending.
