Order dated 03.05.2025 passed by the respondent no.2-Sub Divisional Officer, Tehsil Soraon, District Prayagraj, under Section 24 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 is under challenge in the present writ petition. 2.Facts in brief are that proceeding under Section 24 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 was initiated by the respondent no.4-Ram Sevak before the respondent no.2-Sub Divisional Officer, Tehsil Soraon, District Prayagraj. On the said application, interim protection was granted by the respondent no.2 vide order dated 03.05.2025. Aggrieved against the aforesaid, petitioner has preferred the present writ petition. 3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent nos. 1 and 2 and Sri Azad Rai, learned counsel for the respondent no.3. 4.From the perusal of record, it transpires that interim protection was granted by the respondent no.2 on 03.05.2025 fixing 20.06.2025. 5. In this view of the matter and also in the interest of justice, the petitioner is directed to file his objection in the aforesaid proceedings within two weeks from today after serving copy of the same to the learned counsel appearing before the respondent no.2 on behalf of the respondent no.4. Respondent no.4 is further directed to file reply to the aforesaid within a period of two weeks thereafter. The respondent no.2-Sub Divisional Officer, Tehsil Soraon, District Prayagraj is directed to decide the application for interim relief filed by the respondent no.4 finally if possible on 20.06.2025 itself or within period of four weeks thereafter. 6.
