Present petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents to produce the corpus before this Court. 3. On a preliminary objection as to how present petition is maintainable in the light of judgment of this Court in the case of Km. Rachna and another vs. State of U.P. and others 2021(3) ADJ 415 (FB) learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw present petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail remedy as may be available to the petitioner in accordance with law. 4. On instructions learned A.G.A. pointed out that a first information report was lodged against Priyanshu and a charge- sheet no. 32 of 2025 dated 10.5.2025 has already been submitted in the aforesaid case. 5. Accordingly, present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. 6. Office is directed to return the certified copy of the first information report to learned counsel for the petitioner after obtaining photocopy of the same within three days.
