When the matter was taken up, learned Government Advocate submitted that the enquiry is proposed to be held on 4.6.2025 and notice has already been issued to respondent No.4. 4. We direct respondent No.2 to conclude the enquiry on merits within a period of two months thereafter. If the encroachment is confirmed, the same shall be removed by adhering to due process of law. 5.
