The petitioner has prayed for a writ of mandamus commanding the respondents to sanction building plan submitted by him in respect of Plot No. 565, Block-W, Scheme Juhi-2, Kanpur Nagar bearing File No. K.D.A./B.P./23-24/0347. 2. Learned counsel for KDA has placed before us a communication dated 15.05.2025 by which the petitioner was informed that the petitioner has not removed the defects pointed out on the online portal. 3. Sri Shivam Yadav, learned counsel for KDA states that as soon as the defects are cured further action would be taken. 4. In view of the above, we are not inclined to issue any direction at this stage. 5. The petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate steps for removal of the defects so that the application is considered by the Development Authority.
