Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the affidavit filed in support of this petition. 3. The learned counsel for the 1st respondent submitted that this petition be allowed by imposing costs on the petitioner. 4. The name of the 2nd respondent has been printed in the cause list. 5.
