This is a writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India wherein the writ petitioner is seeking a direction upon the respondent No.2 to decide the objection dated March 13, 2025 filed by her. 3. Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner's aforesaid objection with regard to electricity bill may be treated as an application in terms of Clause 6.5 of the Uttar Pradesh Electricity Supply Code, 2005 and the same may be decided expeditiously. 4. In light of the above, the authority concerned is directed to decide the aforesaid objection filed by the petitioner within a period of twelve weeks from date in accordance with law by way of passing a reasoned order, after granting an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. 5.
