Learned Standing Counsel has raised a preliminary objection regarding the maintainability of the petition on the ground of availability of an alternative remedy under sub-section (1-A) of Section 4 of the Act, 1860. 3. This petition is, accordingly, dismissed on the ground of alternative remedy leaving it open to the petitioners to file an appeal under the Act, 1860 in accordance with law.
