Heard learned counsel for the parties. 2. This is a writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution, wherein the petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs: "(i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 25.9.2024 passed by respondent no.3. (ii) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no.3 not to take any coercive measure against the petitioner for recovering the amount of Rs.5,60,849/- in pursuance of final assessment order." 3. Upon perusal of the documents and after hearing learned counsel for the parties, it appears that the impugned order has been passed dehors the order passed by a coordinate Bench of this Court dated 14.7.2022. 4. In light of the same, the impugned order dated 25.9.2024 is quashed and set aside, with a direction upon respondent no.3 to grant an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and comply with the order passed by a coordinate Bench of this Court dated 14.7.2022. Ample opportunity must be given to the petitioner and thereafter, a reasoned order should be passed within twelve weeks from date. 5. With the above directions, present petition is disposed of.
