Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the electricity department has disconnected the electricity connection of the petitioner by way of 'permanent disconnection' on the complaint filed by the owner of the property. He further submits that the petitioner is the tenant and staying in the said premises for the last sixteen years. 3. In light of the above, petitioner is directed to make a fresh application on the proper format for grant of new electricity connection to the respondent no.4. Upon receipt of the said application respondent no.4 is directed to grant a new electricity connection to the petitioner upon fulfillment of all the formalities in accordance with law. 4.
