The present petition has been filed for the following relief : "i) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 28.2.2025, passed by Additional Commissioner (Judicial), Vindhyachal Division, Mirzapur in Case No. 720 of 2024, (Computerized Case No. Gulabi Devi Vs. C202416000000720) Jawahar Lal and others, under section 38(4) of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006." 3. Learned Standing Counsel has raised a preliminary objection that against the order impugned, the petitioners have an alternative remedy of filing a revision under Section 210 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 4. Since, the petitioners have an alternative remedy, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. 5. The present petition is disposed of with liberty to petitioners to avail the remedy as available to them under the law. 6.
