Learned counsel for the parties state that the compliances as required have been completed between the parties, who are related to each other as brothers. 4. The Settlement Agreement dated 28.07.2026 along with its annexure, which is the site plan of the property showing distribution depicted in the colour codification between the parties, is taken on record. 5.
