The grievance of the petitioner is that while he was held unfit in the physical standard test but no disclosure was made as to why he was physically unfit in respect of physical standard test held in Police Recruitment, 2023. In the given facts and circumstances of the case, present petition stands disposed of with direction to the petitioner to move representation before the competent authority/respondent no.3 for disclosure of reason for holding him unfit in the physical standard test, within a period of four weeks from today and if he does so, respondent no. 3 will disclose the reason why petitioner had been held unfit in the physical standard test in Police Recruitment, 2023 within a further period of two weeks.
