JUSTICE BIBEK CHAUDHURI ORAL ORDER 6 06-05-2025 The petitioners have challenged the order dated 20th of May, 2024, passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna, in Complaint Case Nos. 5275(C) of 2022, 5722(C) of 2022 and 5726(C) of 2022 in Criminal Revision Nos. 559 of 2024, 540 of 204 and 556 of 2024, respectively, rejecting an application under Section 436 of the Cr.P.C. filed by the opposite party praying for cancellation of bail of the accused/petitioners. The Trial Court rejected the said application on the ground that an application under Section 436 of the Cr.P.C. is not maintainable for cancellation of bail which was previously granted to the petitioners vide an order dated 23rd of March, 2023. After rejecting the said order, the Trial Court directed the petitioners to comply with the order dated 26th of September, 2023, whereby and whereunder the Trial Court directed to deposit 20 per cent of the cheque amount by way of interim compensation under Section 143 (A) of the N.I. Act. The Patna High Court CR. REV. No.559 of 2024(6) dt.06-05-2025 3/3 said order dated 26th of September, 2023, has not been challenged by the petitioners. 2. At this time, the said order passed by the learned Magistrate reached its finality. Therefore, I do not find any merit in the instant revisions. 3.
