And In the matter of: - RELATIVE OF THE VICTIM GIRL …. applicant/ petitioner. Mr. Amitabha Karmakar …for the applicant/ petitioner. Mr. Tirupati Mukherjee …for the State. 1. The present application has been moved for modification/waiver of bail condition as imposed by this Court vide order dated 25th of February, 2025, passed in CRM (DB) 343 of 2025. 2. Learned Counsel for the applicant/petitioner submits that the applicant/petitioner, after being released on bail, shifted to the territorial jurisdiction of Nandakumar Police Station, District – Purba Medinipur and has been reporting to the Officer-in-Charge/Inspector-in-Charge, Tamluk Police Station. Investigation is now complete and charge-sheet has been filed. 3. As per the status report filed by the Inspector-in-Charge, Tamluk Police Station, there is no adverse report against the applicant/petitioner. 4. In the circumstances, the bail condition, to the extent that the applicant/petitioner shall not enter the territorial jurisdiction of Tamluk Police Station, is waived. 2 5. However, the applicant/petitioner shall continue to report/ meet the Officer-in-Charge/Inspector-in-Charge, Tamluk Police Station, District – Purba Medinipur, once in a month and shall also furnish his present address, where he will be residing, to the Officer-in-Charge/Inspector-in-Charge, Tamluk Police Station, until further orders. 6. The other conditions of bail shall remain unaltered. 7. The application being IA NO: CRAN/1/2025 stands disposed of. (Dinesh Kumar Sharma, J.)
