2 i. The Court may kindly be pleased to pass appropriate writ(s) /
order(s) and direct the Ld. Trial Court i.e. Civil Judge Class-II, Raipur, CG, to expedite the trial of civil suit bearing No. 5A/2019, titled as
“Shailesh Kumar Mandiye (decased) Vs. T. Shridevi & Ors., and conclude the same within a period of 6 months. ii. Any other relief/direction that the Court may deem fit in the
facts and circumstances of the case.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondent No. 1 / plaintiff filed a civil suit for permanent injunction in respect of suit property comprised in piece of Khasra No. 143/3 and 132/3 (part) area 50 x 60 = 3000 square feet situated at Village Kota P.H. No. 107 R.I.C. Raipur – 1, Tahsil and District Raipur, CG. He submits that the suit was filed in the month of January, 2019 and written statement has already been filed and issue has already been framed. He submits that the petitioner / defendant Nos. 1 & 2 the property of the petitioner / defendant Nos. 1 & 2 are involved and on account of pendency of civil suit, they are not able to enjoy their property. He submits that as the suit is more than five year old, the trial Court may be directed to conclude the proceedings of the suit within a stipulated period of time.
3. Mr. Singh submits that the State is formal party.

Be that as it may, from perusal of record it appears that the suit was filed in the month of January, 2019 it remain pending more than six years and from the record it appears that issues have already been framed, therefore, it is excepted that the trial Court shall expedite the trial of the suit and would make earnest affords to conclude the proceedings of the suit within a reasonable period of time subject to co-operation of the parties.
5. With these observations, this writ petition is disposed of. Sd/-
