The present petition has been filed for following relief:- This application is being on behalf of the petitioner to modify the order dated 20.06.2024 passed by Hon’ble Mr. Justice Rajiv Roy in CWJC No. 3496 of 2024 (Dayanand Kumar vs. The State of Bihar & Ors.) due to an inadvertent the designation and location of “Anchal Adhikari, Naugachiya, District-Bhagalpur” were mentioned in the petition instead of the correct Patna High Court MJC No.2239 of 2024(3) dt.10-01-2025 2/2 designation and location “Anchal Adhikari, Gopalpur, District-Bhagalpur. 3.
