By means of the present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C., the applicant has sought for a suitable direction to the Karyapalak Magistrate Central/Deputy Commissioner of Police, West, Kanpur Nagar to decide the Case No. 9 of 2023 titled State v. Mohd. Asif and others, under section 146(1) Cr.P.C., Police Station Fajalganj, District Kanpur, within stipulated time. 3. It has been argued by the learned counsel for the petitioner that proceeding of this case is pending since 2023 but no progress has been made so far. Learned counsel further submits that a direction may be issued to the concerned authority to decide the same within some specific time frame. 4. The instant application is disposed of with a direction to Karyapalak Magistrate Central/Deputy Commissioner of Police, West, Kanpur Nagar to decide the Case No. 9 of 2023 titled State v. Mohd. Asif and others, under section 146(1) Cr.P.C., Police Station Fajalganj, District Kanpur, at the earliest, preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order before the authority concerned, in accordance with law.
