The present petition has been filed seeking a direction to respondent no.1, District Consumer Protection Forum, Allahabad to decide the Complaint Case No.646 of 2022 (Santosh Tripathi Vs. The New India Insurance Company Limited, Branch Civil Lines) within a stipulated time period. 3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that raising his grievances the petitioner has filed the aforesaid complaint case before respondent no.1, however the same has not yet been decided. 4. Upon due consideration, we are of the view that the respondent no.1 should be directed to decide the aforesaid complaint case filed by the petitioner. 5. Accordingly, the respondent no.1/District Consumer Protection Forum, Allahabad, is directed to decide Complaint Case No.646 of 2022 (Santosh Tripathi Vs. The New India Insurance Company Limited, Branch Civil Lines) and pass a reasoned order upon the same in accordance with law, within a period of six months from date, after granting an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. 6.
