Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he restricts his prayer to the supervision by the Tehsildar, Jalalabad, District Fazilka of the auction proceedings scheduled to be held on 19.05.2025 for leasing out the land belonging to the Gram Panchayat Jamalgarh, Village Jamalgarh, Tehsil Jalalabad, District Fazilka. 2. Learned State counsel, who appears on advance notice, has no objection to the acceptance of the prayer made on behalf of the petitioner. 3. The afore prayer made on behalf of the petitioner is found to be reasonable and would be a step towards ensuring fairness in the conduct of proceedings of auctioning of panchayat land.
